Launched in 2008 in Cape Town by rugby legends Bob Skinstad, Robbie Fleck, and Ron Rutland, this Sports Series celebrates dynamic team sports, camaraderie, and friendship across South Africa.
Initially a rugby-only event, it now includes Netball, Beach Volleyball, Dodgeball, Hockey, Soccer, Running, Lawn Bowls, and a unique fitness event, featuring sports stars like Jonah Lomu, Carlos Spencer, Christian Cullen, Graeme Smith, and Justin Kemp.
The Bishops 175 Rugby and Hockey Festival is a celebration of athleticism, camaraderie and the spirit of competition. Proudly sponsored by 10X, this exhilarating festival brings together 79 teams from 20 schools/clubs across the region for five days of intense action and unforgettable memories.
Walker Bay Outdoor Hermanus is an annual multi-day sporting festival held in Hermanus at the end of April, offering trail running, open water swimming, and mountain biking. It caters to families, spectators, and athletes of all levels, promoting inclusivity and encouraging participation with the motto #findyourxtreme.
